There was no specified timeframe for when vision would open; it’s all individual. The main thing is to practice and ignite the fire within.
I practice every day and notice transformations. A slight scoliosis in my thoracic spine, which I had unsuccessfully tried to eliminate through massages and manual therapy for years, has disappeared. My aversion to meat has increased, my capacity to accept people/the world has grown, and most importantly, I found a way to hold 80% of my attention within myself—warmth in my heart, centers, gates.

After a month of practice, I have already learned to feel all the energy centers, fingertips, heart, and all the gates open with a snap. I feel some other energies as well, but I don’t quite understand what they are yet. At home, in ideal conditions, I’m completely immersed in practice. Sometimes it feels like I’m dissolving in space like in the movie "Lucy."
Sometimes, spontaneously, something starts to activate. Sometimes it’s the back of my head that "burns," other times it’s my forehead or shoulder blades.
